Steilacoom Parks & Recreation Department
The Town of Steilacoom has 5 Public Rental Facilities (see below). For more information on these facilities please contact:

Town Hall:
1717 Lafayette St.
- Auditorium, Conference Room, Kitchen
- Capacity: 150 persons
- Facility rental: $100/hr ~ Security deposit: $250
- Cleaning fee: $90 (floors and bathrooms)
- Meeting rooms: additional
- Parking is limited, regulations are enforced.
- 8:00 am - 10:00 am (music must cease by 9:00 pm)
Saltars Point Beach:
1st St + Champion
- Covered Picnic Area
- Reservations are for cookshack area only.
- tables, barbecues and other ammenities are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Facility rental: $5/hr (resident), $20/hr (non-resident)
- $150/day for 100 guests
- $300/day for 200 guests
- This park is not ADA accessible.
- Parking is limited, regulations are enforced.
- Use caution when near the railroad tracks.
- 8:00 am - 12:00 am (park closes at 10:00 pm)
Pioneer Park Bandstand:
Commercial and Wilkes
- Capacity: 300 persons
- Bandstand rental: $350 (3 hours)
- Security deposit: $250
- 8:00 am - 9:00 pm (times my vary)

- The auditorium may be divided into thirds, each holding up to 100 guests.
- Facility rental: $125/hr
- Security deposit: $250
- Cleaning fee: $125 (floors and bathrooms)
- Meeting rooms: additional

Sunnyside Beach:
Chambers Creek Rd.
- Covered Picnic Area
- Reservations are for cookshack area only.
